The work I’ve done with Theo around improving my posture has been extremely valuable for helping me overcome long term injuries that other physios were unable to help with. I had chronic shoulder issues for years, and Theo helped me address the underlying biomechanical causes and fence without pain. We’ve also worked on performance elements of the sport, from better recruiting my pec muscles in certain movements, to working on leg mechanics and improving power output and speed. These postural adjustments have improved my all-round athleticism, which has had a dramatic impact on my performance. I can’t recommend Theo highly enough.

    Theo has been helping me with my body issues for years, and is one of the reasons I made it through selection.
    If you know anything about the SAS, you’ll know that’s no joke.
    He has helped me resolve ongoing chronic issues with my spine and knees, through improving my gait mechanics. This in particular was essential for surviving gruelling days of hard hiking.
    He’s also worked with me on my on power output, and endurance through improving my movement mechanics. He’s in my opinion, a must see for anyone who wants to understand their body and move well.
